Manufacturers Structural Warranty
ROTA WHEELS Australia offers a 1 year structural and 1 year aesthetic manufacturers warranty on all wheel purchases only to the original purchaser of the wheels. Any wheels replaced or repaired under warranty still carries the 1 year warranty from date of original purchase, not from when the wheels was replaced or repaired.
The above warranty shall not apply to:
- Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off-road and race use, during tire installation, or by abuse, misuse, accident or repaired.
- Wheels that have been altered, powder coated, repainted, repaired or impacted / kerb rashed (excessive impact from potholes, kerb, unsealed surfaces, ripple strips etc).
- Wheels that have been installed with incorrect tire sizes (stretched tyres) or used with excessive load vehicles
- Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, high pressure washer cleaning, brake dust brake rotor corrosion or discoloration due to chemicals including excessive exposure, detergents, polishing compounds or abrasives used in improper cleaning.
- Non general cleaning / maintainence, general wear and tear, stone chips, bird droppings, or environment fall out from every day use from being on the road / outside.
Claims for warranty are subject to inspection and shall be returned to ROTA WHEELS Australia at customer’s expense. Valid warranty claims will be repaired and returned to customer at no additional cost or a replacement sent out. All warranty issues related to Tyre are solely by the corresponding manufacturer. ROTA Wheels Australia are NOT responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle, tyres or persons injuries due to improper fitment of wheels to vehicle, not legal size tires such as stretching of tires, irresponsible use of vehicle causing damaged to wheels, poor road conditions or offroad use.
Fitment Guarantee
ROTA WHEELS AUSTRALIA is not responsible for the fitment and incorrect purchase decision for customers. The proper fitment of our wheels is the responsibility of the dealer or the customer providing us with the most accurate information when placing the order. Customers and dealers clearly need to specify any custom modifications that have been made to the vehicle including but not limited to vehicle ride height, over sized brakes, guard modifications, inner and outer fender clearances.
As with any plus sizing situation at times modifications may be required to the vehicle in an effort to prevent obstructions. Always test fit prior to mounting as wheels that have been mounted with tires are no longer returnable.
Delivery / Handling Times
After your orders are placed with us, we need a handling time of 1-2 days to organise, pack and get your items ready to be delivered. Delivery times may vary dues to the location you are in, delivery generally takes from 7-10 business working days for items to be delivered to you, in most major cities usually faster. We bare no responsibility for delays of courier companies and in any cases items of goods is shipped is lost or damaged, we try our utmost efforts to resolve the situation promptly but there will be further delays caused beyond our control.
Return Policy
Wheels from ROTA WHEELS Australia are covered by a limited warranty detailed above. In case of problems or returns, please contact your selling outlet directly and we will work with them to resolve the problem. Wheel returns/exchanges will only be accepted by ROTA WHEELS Australia if the products does NOT meet manufacturers standard and will be backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. All sales are final and there is no cooling off period. Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted because of an incorrect fitment/decision of wheels have been purchased by error caused by customer. Please note that all pictures on the website are taken under light and may vary to actual color in person. We aim to take the pictures as close as to true color as possible but there will be colors that are very difficult to represent true and actual color. All pictures taken are for illustrations purpose ONLY. We take no responsibility if incorrect color is purchased.

ROTA WHEELS Australia uses a payment gateway named EWAY. Card numbers are stored under heavy encryption on bank-grade servers, with backups in multiple cities. This enables us to process transactions through EWAY payment gateway without worrying about data being compromised.

We use an SSL certificate ensures that customer data can be securely transmitted between our website and to EWAY payment gateway, which is a crucial component of any eCommerce business. eWAY's platinum partnerships with VeriSign, GeoTrust and thawte enable us to provide globally-trusted certificates.
Additional Terms
ROTA WHEELS Australia will not cover expenses incurred for freight, removal and or installation labour, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other consequential damages. If you have or suspect that you have a defective product, return the product, freight prepaid, to the selling dealer.
All warranty returns that are reviewed by ROTA WHEELS Australia warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the customer's expense.
All photos taken on our website uses the actual physical product itself. Photos are for illustration purposes only. Backdrop, lighting and studio equipment may not reflect the exact color of the product and colors may differ from photos to actual product. We will not be held responsible for any color variations in photos vs actual product. We will not be held responsible for color variations from different batches of wheels, different time of purchase, difference in color of replacement of wheels to match older wheels previously purchased etc. We aim to match all wheels and batches when purchased at the same time to best match color.
This is a limited warranty. Therefore no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made. ROTA WHEELS Australia neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with ROTA WHEELS products uses or applications. ROTA WHEELS Australia further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign. ROTA WHEELS Australia takes no responsibility but however will try their best to advise dealers & customers of changes in shade/tone/finish in color of wheels due to changes from the factory.
For all pricing, products and offers, ROTA WHEELS Australia reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. ROTA WHEELS Australia reserves the right to cancel and not fulfil any orders under any circumstances.
